Waterman-Lake Improvement Disrict Commissioners

The Commissioners are nominated by Alderman Lyda Krewson and appointed by Mayor Francis Slay.

The current Commissioners are:

President Bill Sprung. Bill represents New City School on the Commission. Bill oversees the operation of the school building, including maintenance and construction projects.

Larry Wilson. A long-time resident of the 5100 block of Waterman, Larry is a highly regarded real estate developer who has invested in restoring and improving a number of properties in our neighborhood.

Kimberleigh Fernandez. A long-time resident who has both rented and owned in three different properties in the neighborhood, Kimberleigh and her husband Joe have undertaken the restoration of a World's Fair-era home in the 5200 block of Waterman. Kimberleigh is the former St. Louis City Chairman for the Republican Party.

David Hitt. David and his wife recently moved to the 5100 block of Waterman. David is a retired airline executive.

Alyse Sabina and her husband Jeff own a condo in the 5200 block after renting for several years at the Chesterfield. Alyse works for a non-profit organization focused on public health issues. Her husband Jeff has joined her in becoming active in the organization.

Robert Miner. Bob and his wife moved to the 5200 block of Waterman over 14 years ago. He is the co-owner of a public relations and political consulting firm.
